Here’s an interesting piece of Ephemera…
Sally Milo over at GOing1nce has been selling off, as a Trading Assitant, the remains of a Mafia estate. Today she listed the referenced certificate at the amazing low price of $9.99 and within hours it climbed to $325 with 10 bids. Last I looked it was up to $505 with 12 bids and still has more than 6 days to go.
Shows that you never know what that old piece of paper is worth!

Here’s an interesting ad for you. Almost entirely in Chinese characters… for Continental Airlines. The only English are the words “Business Class” and the Continental slogan of “Work Hard, Fly Right”
The ad comes from a Hong Kong magazine called Capital and in essence says that you should fly their Business Class, which was awarded the first place honors by the OAG (Official Airline Guide) .
It also says in the headline that “Pampering you is our duty and responsibility”
If you are an airline fan, or more specifically a Continental Airline Fan, you will surely want this ad for your collection
